Glaucoma

As part of your comprehensive vision care, every patient is evaluated for the presence of glaucoma, cataracts and other ocular health conditions.  Glaucoma is an asymptomatic sight threatening condition that could be caused by high eye pressure leading to damage of the optic nerve. Damage of the optic nerve causes a slow, progressive loss of peripheral vision over time.  Eye Associates has the diagnostic equipment to help detect early signs of glaucoma with our iWellness and retinal photo screenings.  We monitor, manage and treat glaucoma based on our findings to help diagnose the disease early.
